What is Spiritual Coaching?

Spiritual coaching is a way to facilitate awareness and to assist one in awakening to more of who they truly are.

A Spiritual Life Coach is someone you hire to assist and support you in re-connecting you back to the true "YOU". They help you to re-connect yourself with your Spirit (Soul), as well as your mind and body. A Coach is your partner and mentor who is there for you. A Coach provides the structure and guidance to keep you focused and on track in the direction that brings forth your joy, happiness, freedom, health and prosperity.

You are completely supported, nurtured, validated and heard.

Who is the “Real You?”

Your Spirit is the Real You, and when you are living in alignment with the truth of who you are, there is a beautiful and peaceful flow to your life. Everything falls into place and the energy moves you into the direction that is best for you. All we need to do is pay attention, listen and be guided.

What's Keeping You From the “Real You?”

What's keeping you is your resistance, number 1, and that resistance is due to all of the thoughts, feelings, emotions, judgments, points of views, perceptions and perspectives that you have bought into, from others, which is the main reason keeping you from "the REAL YOU".

Coahcing is done as a 4- session packet, which includes, 5 hours of coaching. *

Note: *(The FIRST session is called an Intake and will be a 2 hour session).

In the US: COST is $155.00 per hour/ $775.00 for a 4-session packet *

(Outside the US): Cost is $165.00 per hour/ $785.00 for a 4-session packet (USD)*

*Prices include the Paypal service fee

Payments are to be made in advance, if sessions are done over the phone. If in person, payment is expected at the end of each Coaching session.
