When the Indigos Need Help...
When the Indigos are in their fullest glory, they are a sight to behold. They have so much to contribute and share. It is their fearless nature, endless energy, incredible creativity, spiritual wisdom and brilliant Light that gives us hope of a world to come.
But, when the Indigo child or Adult is expressing deep emotional pain and sadness and is acting out in angry, aggressive and destructive ways, it is time to hear their call for help.
On the "inside", they intuitively know what is right and good. They have an internal remembering of who they are and from where they come. They come from a place where they experience a sweet and gentle love in the warm embrace of The Divine, where all is peaceful and there is no separation, only Love.
Yet, these Indigos see and experience this outside world very differently. They are more deeply emotionally effected, and they experience the injustices, the violence, cruelty, hatred and inhumanity at the very core of their Being. They feel the pain and the sorrows of our world. It is when they experience this great chasm between the perfection and holiness of their Source, and the chaos and mayhem they find here, that they feel wounded at the core of their spiritual, energetic Beings. Their hearts and their souls ache. They become like shattered vessels, unable to hold their brilliant Light.
Parents of Indigo children, know the feeling of frustration, exhaustion and great sadness, due to the great pain and angst their children are experiencing. They are also tired of the phone calls from school, and having to design their entire family's activities around their Indigo's moods, behaviors and needs. Some will go to great lengths to get help for their Indigos. Some will do nothing. But most do not know where to go or what to do. They don't have a clue as to who their child is, let alone what their true needs are.
They seek advice from family members, teachers, coaches, clergy, doctors and therapists. Most everyone who tries to help heal our children does so on a cognitive level. Yet, through all of this help and advice, they may still be watching their Indigo child suffer deep within themselves. The woundings to our children's souls are on the Spiritual and Emotional levels. They need to be healed energetically.
Adult Indigos too, are tired of the abuse, alienation, and lack of understanding.
Our Guidance teaches us that Indigos come to Earth holding a vision of a perfected world. But the pain they feel, on a deeper emotional level, comes from the dissonance between their inner vision and the very imperfect world they see and experience. Their pain and wounds are at a spiritual, emotional, energetic-soul-level. And, therefore, the healing must come from that same spiritual, emotional, energetic-soul-level.
Spiritual Healing Processes
How does spiritual healing happen?
"The 17": Spiritual Healings for Indigo Children ages 7-17
There are 17 spiritual and emotional woundings that can afflict our children. If left unhealed, these woundings can lead to physical and emotional pain, and antisocial behavior. At their worst, they can lead to children who do not know the difference between right or wrong; at their very worst, to children without a conscience. So, our Guidance has given us seventeen corresponding little healing games that children, between the ages of 7-17, and their parents, play, using words and movements to act on the spiritual, (Soul), level in order to bring healing.
The little games are called "YOUMEES" because they are done between "you" and "me", the child and the parent. It is nessesary for one of the parents, or legal guardian, to participate in the process.
These healings "drain away" the energy from the emotional wounds, and without the energetic power to propel them, the woundings heal.
Picture this: if we drain water from a car battery, the car cannot move, because its power source is drained of its charge.
In the same way: if we "drain the energy" from a child's emotional wounding, it no longer has the power charge, then:
**the wound has no energy;
**the child can heal;
**the negative behavior stops;
**the flow of Light and Love is open.
Our children's emotional woundings can be spiritually and energetically healed! Our children can be healthy and whole! They can then lead us toward the perfect world they know and envision!!!
It doesn't take long to do, it's fun, and has a tremendous impact on both the child and parent. And, better yet, parents report swift and dramatic changes in children's attitudes and behaviors. They watch their children's emotional pain and spiritual angst diminish, and their lives become more comfortable and happy.
There are two parts to a 17 Process. During the first session, a simple illumination process determines which woundings are present, at that time, and thus, which YOUMEES are to be played. Then you will need to wait one week, after our first session, to play the remaining YOUMEE games for the remainder of the woundings; the ones that were not illuminated during the first session. At the conclusion of this second session, ALL 17 spiritual woundings will have been healed.
The first session takes approximately 2.5-3.0 hours, and the second session 1.5-2.0 hours.
"Grace Light": Weaving Harmony for the Littlest Indigos
For children younger than 7 years old, it is both spiritually and cognitively difficult for children under the age of seven to follow the YOUMEE instructions. But, happily, our little ones do not have to be left in emotional pain. There is a spiritual healing process for Indigo children from birth to age seven, where the parent surrogates, or acts, on behalf of the child.
A Grace Light session takes approximately 30 minutes, (This is for the initial session only), and can be done in person or on the phone.
Following a healing "script" the parent acts on behalf of the child in the healing process. After setting sacred space, balancing with the Earth's energy, invoking an Intention, and focusing on the child's heart, the parent recites "Weaving the Harmoney", which calls in spiritual healing for the child.
The child will begin to feel relief from their spiritual and emotional pain and their energy will begin to lighten up.
However, in order to be fully effective, Grace Light, which is an "interim" healing, should be repeated every month, on or around the child's "birth date", until the child reaches age 7. (This should only take about 15 minutes to do). Once the child reaches age 7, the parent should schedule a 17 session, where they will be ready then to fully participate in their spiritual healing.
What if your child is older than 17? Or, what if, you as an adult resonate to some, if not all, of the Indigo traits. You may be an Adult Indigo, whose spiritual woundings of childhood went unhealed, and were carried over to adulthood. There is a spiritual healing process for those who are 17 and older.
The healing process is called "The Point of Essence Process". Pro-Claiming the Truth of Who You Are
The Point of Essence is a powerful process, which is facilitated on the spiritual level of the individual person. The process takes approximately one hour to 1/12 hrs. to do, in person, and can easily be done over the phone. I gently guide you through each exercise.
During the session, you will encounter "The 7 Dis-Claimers" which you unconsciously adopted, so you could function in this world. By doing so, you "Dis-Claimed" the Real You!
By "Playing" the 7 energetic-level ritual games, which are a combination of gentle movments and the recitation of powerful statements, you replace the 7 Dis-Claimers with THE 7 PRO-CLAMATIONS.
During one of the 7 energetic-level ritual games or exercises, we will energetically drain the 17 emotional and spiritual wounds of childhood.
Thus allowing you to once again Pro-Claim the Truth of Who You Are.
You joyfully re-claim the "You-ness of You", so you can express your full SELF, in the truth of your Being.
The Point of Essence Process: Pro-Claiming the Truth of Who You Are, can lead to a profound awakening and soul transformation.
This is spiritually healing process unblocks your lifetime's constraints, restraints, and soul-suppressions; reconnects the "You-ness of You" with the Divine; affirms the full truth of your Self and the full expression of your Being; allows you to reclaim your soul-purpose and your soul-mission on Earth, and helps to renew your vision of a perfect world.
