What is the Point of Essence?

The POE is the place where you are connected to God-Source.

The POE is the place of your “I Am Presence”, your “God-Self”.

The  POE is the place where ego melts away, and where you are your unique ultimate Self.

The POE is the truth of who “You” are.  

What is the Point of Essence Process?

The Point of Essence Process (POE), is a specific healing which resonates distinctively and solely for the energetic vibration of the Adult Indigos.

It unblocks your lifetime's constraints, restraints and soul-suppressions, re-connects you to the Divine "You-ness of You", affirms the full truth of your Self and the full expression of your Being, assists you in reclaiming your soul-purpose and your soul-mission on this planet, and it helps you to renew your inner Divine vision of Heaven on Earth.

The POE takes approximately 1.5 hours.  It can be done in person or over the phone. During the session you will encounter The 7 Dis-Claimers, which you unconsciously adopted so you could function in this world.  By doing so, you "dis-claimed" the Real You!"

You will engage in 7 energetic exercises--a combination of gentle movements and the recitation of powerful statements, which will replace the 7 Dis-Claimers with THE 7 PRO-CLAIMATIONS.  (You will also be processing and releasing the 17 emotional and spiritual wounds of childhood.)  

You Pro-Claim the Truth of Who You Are.

You joyfully re-claim the "You-ness of You", so you can express your full SELF in the Truth of your Being.

What can be expected after the Point of Essence Process?

The best is not to expect anything, but to be open to the infinite possibilities of what can change for you. Each person is different in what they experience.  For many, the experience is very powerful in that they feel more comfortable in their skin, they feel the connection once again, they don't feel so lost, or alone.  Anger and/or depression goes away.  Some re-connect to their spiritual gifts, ie. intuitive/psychic abilities, etc., open up and reconnect to their guides, from childhood, and have a stronger, clearer communication and connection to Source.  People have mentioned that they experience more courage, less fear, and they can make decisions with clarity and ease.  Relationships can change, jobs and careers can change, for the better. Many are finally willing to speak their truth, let go of the old belief systems and stand up for themselves, as individually unique expressions of Source.  The list goes on and on....

The most important part of this is "You".  Your intention, your commitment and you taking full responsibility for your own health, happiness and well-being are the keys to this process working for you.  Once the doors are re-opened you have to be willing to walk through to....
